Trendy Bear Bears and friends

These guys are trendy dudes! Monty and Bertie won't leave the house without their accessories!

... cause I've got one hand in my pocket, and the other one is giving the peace sign...

Both Monty and Bertie are part of a collection of amigurumi designs I have been working on like Archie the cheeky kitten. In this group, there is also a carefree puppy named Fitch who just wants to take off and run!

Together we have a collection of amigurumi based on the same core pattern which I hope to write up soon.

On that note, I am going to sign off to enjoy the beautiful weather we have in Sydney this weekend!

  1. Nice creations!! You're really talented! I thought it was cool how you incorporated Alanis Morrissette 's song in your caption! You want to folllw each other's blog? I also crochet. Feel free to stop by my blog sometime.

    1. Thanks Pilar! That's very sweet of you. I just checked out your blog too, I love the granny square blankets and the latest beanie fits you nicely. I wish I had the patience for a blanket project.

The Alanis Morrissette's song was a last minute addition, I kept having it in my head when I was taking the photos. I now have to make him a peace sign because of course he doesn't smoke :) Thanks again for visiting my blog. I am following your blog so we will be able to share all sort of crafty goodness!

    2. You're welcome! And thank you! That was actually my first beanie project and the granny square blankets took a lot of patience especially the largest one lol. I can't wait to see the peace sign addition and lol to the part about him not smoking :) I followed you back as well! I agree! It's great have a fellow crocheter to discuss projects with! I also make beaded jewelry, be on the lookout for that too!

    3. Definitely Pilar, I will be watching out for those jewelry making posts! Are you on Ravelry or Craftsy? I am jacka on Ravelry and stitchymanda on Craftsy. Also if you like, check out my facebook page as I find uploading a pic there is quicker than doing a proper blog post.
